Theme: Human Capital for Viksit Bharat

This year’s conference revolves around the theme “Human Capital for Viksit Bharat”. Discussions are centred on identifying best practices and scalable strategies that States and Union Territories can adopt to strengthen human resource development across sectors.

  • Skill Development
  • Higher Education
  • Sports and Extracurricular Activities

  • Atmanirbhar Bharat and promotion of Swadeshi
