Former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh Passes Away at 92

India mourns the loss of former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh, who passed away on Thursday night. He was 92 years old.
Dr. Singh's health took a critical turn late Thursday evening, prompting his immediate admission to the emergency department of AIIMS, Delhi, at 8:06 PM. Despite the relentless efforts of the medical team, he was declared dead at 9:51 PM.
In an official statement, AIIMS Professor Dr. Reema Dada said, "With deep sorrow, we have to inform that the former Prime Minister of India, Dr. Manmohan Singh, passed away at the age of 92."
Dr. Manmohan Singh served as India’s Prime Minister from 2004 to 2014 and was renowned globally for his visionary economic policies and leadership. His demise marks the end of an era and leaves the nation in profound grief.
